Commercial models
Brightech rollouts can be funded as CAPEX, OPEX, or as a per-user monthly bundle alongside connectivity and home services.
Municipality, HOA, estate or developer buys the hardware outright. Brightech supplies, installs and warrants.
No upfront. Monthly fee per pole / per street covers hardware, install, connectivity and maintenance over a 36–60 month term.
Households on a street co-fund the rollout via a monthly per-home contribution — bundled with connectivity and home services.
